Three things that trip up supplement stores
Copy that promises too much
A supplement can't claim to treat, cure or prevent disease. In the EU, health claims must come from the authorised list under Regulation 1924/2006; in the US, structure/function claims need the FDA disclaimer. I write with those limits in mind, and for anything bold you'd still want a regulatory specialist to sign off.
Product pages that leave questions open
Customers want the amount per serving, the form (magnesium citrate or oxide), how long a bottle lasts and what not to combine it with. I build pages with a supplement facts table, directions, label warnings and batch test results if you have them.
One-off orders instead of regulars
Supplements are bought on a cycle. The store can work out when a bottle runs out and send a reminder, offer a multi-month bundle or a subscription, or add loyalty points. That beats paying for another ad to reach the same person.

Sklep.Biomi-Farm.pl – online store for the Biomi Farm brand, 2024
Biomi Farm, a Polish producer, sells CBD and CBG oils, pastes, product sets and a separate line for dogs and cats through its store. Product pages include composition and dosage guidance. Registered customers collect discount points in a loyalty program, and anyone unsure what to pick can fill in a product-matching questionnaire or book a free consultation through a booking widget. Orders and payments run online.
What the supplement store includes
How your store comes together
Labels and range
I start with your labels, because they define what the site may say. We decide which products lead, which bundles make sense and whether you also sell wholesale to pharmacies, health stores or practitioners.
Product page and checkout
I design the product page and cart first, because that's where the decision happens. Ingredients readable on a phone, price per serving, shipping and returns visible before add-to-cart.
Build and integrations
I build the store and connect payments, shipping, invoicing and post-purchase emails. Product structured data and a Google Merchant Center feed go in too, keeping in mind that supplement ads have their own policy limits there.
Test orders and launch
I place test orders with different payment methods and check emails and stock levels. After launch I show you how to add a product or update a formula. We work remotely, across time zones.

Send me your labels and I'll sketch a product page that sells honestly
Photos or PDFs of your labels and a link to your current store, if you have one, are enough. On a free call we'll go through how to present ingredients, how to encourage reorders and what it would cost.
