ITPER

A website for frozen food producers where customers check ingredients and order

I build sites for makers of pierogi, dumplings, pelmeni, croquettes and other frozen foods. Each product page carries what people phone to ask about: ingredients, allergens, pack weight, cooking instructions. Next to it sit your pickup rules, delivery zones and the cut-off time for next-day orders.

What customers ask a frozen food producer

Ingredients and allergens

Gluten, milk, eggs, celery: for some customers that's the first thing they check. Each product gets a page with ingredients, highlighted allergens (the 14 EU allergens or the major allergens under US and Canadian rules), pack weight and cooking instructions. Change a recipe and you update the page yourself.

Logistics spelled out

Frozen food doesn't travel like an ordinary parcel, so customers need to know how it reaches them: a pickup point, your own delivery within set zones, a minimum order and a cut-off time for next-day delivery. A zone map and plain rules spare you the same phone conversation over and over.

Retail and wholesale kept apart

Shops, restaurants and canteens need different information from a family buying two packs for dinner: wholesale prices, bigger packs, delivery days. I give them a separate section or a price list visible after login.

Pierogi-bydgoszcz.pl – realization for a local frozen food producer 2025

Multi OK is a producer in Bydgoszcz, Poland, making handmade frozen food from family recipes: potato-and-cheese pierogi, sweet cheese pierogi, pork khinkali, lamb pelmeni, chicken chebureki and pancake rolls. The site presents the range and steers customers to order by phone or email. It states the rules plainly: pickup in Bydgoszcz or local delivery for orders from 50 kg.

From recipes to the first order

01

Range and logistics

First we list your products, pack sizes and how goods actually leave your premises: pickup, your own van, minimum order, delivery days. The site should mirror your logistics, not promise what your freezer and van can't deliver.

02

Product pages

I set up one template for every product, so ingredients and allergens always sit in the same place. We copy the data from your labels, so the site says exactly what the pack says.

03

How people order

We choose an option: an order form with email confirmation or a full cart with online payment. I build the site in Next.js, set cut-off times and a clear message about when the order will be ready.

04

Photos, launch, Google

I suggest how to photograph dumplings so they look appetising rather than like a frozen block. Then I publish, set up or tidy your Google Business Profile and show you how to change a price or mark a product as temporarily unavailable.

Frequently asked questions

In the EU, food sold at a distance must have its mandatory information, allergens included, available before purchase, not only on the pack. In the US and Canada the rules focus on the label, but online shoppers expect the same detail. Either way the product page has a fixed slot for it, filled in from your labels.
You can, but it takes insulated packaging, ice packs or dry ice, and shipping days chosen so a parcel doesn't sit in a depot over the weekend. Many producers start with pickup and local delivery and add shipping later. The site can handle both, each with its own rules.
A form is enough if you confirm orders by phone and take payment on pickup. A cart with Stripe or PayPal makes sense when orders pile up and you want payment upfront. A site with an order form starts from €600 / $650, an online store from €2,900 / $3,300.
I create a separate section for trade buyers with larger packs, a minimum order and an enquiry form. Wholesale prices can be visible only after login, so retail customers don't compare them with shelf prices.
Product pages that mention your city, a complete Google Business Profile with pickup hours and a list of stores that carry your products all work towards that. I don't promise a specific ranking, but the site will be technically sound and written the way customers actually search.
