MULTICHANNEL SALES

Marketplaces, your store and every other channel in one panel

One warehouse, one order list, one place to handle shipping — no matter how many platforms you sell on. No more double work and no more selling stock that is no longer on the shelf.

What gets connected

  • Allegro, your own store and other marketplaces in one view
  • Shared stock levels updated after every sale
  • Orders from all channels on a single list
  • Automatic shipping labels and parcel tracking
  • Invoices issued regardless of the sales channel
  • Prices and product descriptions managed from one place

Most often I build this on BaseLinker, because in the Polish market it has ready-made integrations with platforms, couriers and invoicing systems. For unusual cases I connect the channels directly through their APIs.

Why connect your sales channels?

Every new channel increases sales and — if you do nothing about it — increases the hours spent on handling orders just as much.

The end of double work

You describe each product once and handle every order in one place. A new channel stops meaning a second full-time job.

You cannot sell what you do not have

Stock drops across all channels at once. Cancelled orders, apologies and damaged seller ratings disappear.

You grow without chaos

Entering another platform becomes a matter of configuration, not a decision to hire someone to run it.

What connecting your channels includes

The scope depends on where you sell today and where you plan to go next.

Marketplace integration

Allegro, Erli, Amazon and other platforms connected to one panel — together with listings, orders and buyer messages.

How the rollout works

Sales keep running throughout the work — we do not close channels for the migration.

01

Channel review

We check where you sell today, how you run your warehouse and what takes the most time in handling an order.

02

Designing the flow

We decide what is the source of truth for stock and prices, what the statuses should look like and who does what after the rollout.

03

Delivery and migration

I connect the channels, map the products and move the listings without retyping them by hand.

04

Tuning and growth

In the first weeks we refine rules and exceptions, then add further channels when the time for them comes.

Multichannel sales — questions

No. The whole point is to sell on a marketplace and in your own store at the same time, without double work. Your own store builds the brand and the margin, the marketplace brings traffic — it is not an either-or choice.
You do not have to, but it is usually the cheapest route: it has ready-made integrations with platforms, couriers and invoicing systems. If your case is unusual, I connect the systems directly through their APIs.
We move them by mapping, not by retyping. Listings stay active; only the way you manage them changes.
The warehouse part falls away, but shared handling of orders, documents and customer communication makes just as much sense.
I quote the rollout after reviewing your channels — connecting a store to one marketplace is a different job from a catalogue of several thousand products across four channels. On top of that comes the tool subscription if we use a ready-made platform.
